1. PLATFORM ROLE

  • AuctionBase is a technology platform only.
  • All tournaments are created, managed, and conducted by independent organisers.

2. PLAYER FEES

  • Player registration fees are decided by organisers
  • AuctionBase collects fees on behalf of organisers
  • AuctionBase does not own player fees

3. REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Refunds depend entirely on:

  • The organiser's refund policy
  • Tournament cancellation or modification
  • Specific terms shown at the time of registration

AuctionBase does not guarantee refunds.

4. TOURNAMENT CANCELLATION

  • If a tournament is cancelled by the organiser, refund decisions are made by the organiser
  • Refund timelines depend on payment gateway and organiser actions

5. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds may not be issued for:

  • Player withdrawal
  • Disqualification due to rule violations
  • Failure to attend or participate
  • Technical issues on user's device or internet

6. PAYMENT GATEWAY DELAYS

  • Refund processing time depends on banks and payment gateways
  • AuctionBase is not responsible for gateway or bank delays

7. DISPUTES

For refund disputes:

  • Players must contact the organiser directly
  • AuctionBase may facilitate communication but is not liable

8. FRAUD & ABUSE

AuctionBase reserves the right to:

  • Deny refunds in cases of fraud or misuse
  • Suspend or terminate accounts involved in abuse

9. CHANGES TO POLICY
